Grüner Veltliner is a white wine grape variety that is primarily grown in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Austria. In the Northern Hemisphere, the grape vine has five lobed leaves, long but compact bunches, and deep green grapes that ripen in late October.
